This manhole cover is made from ductile iron.
It has a B125 (12.5 Tonnes) Tonne load rating, which makes is suitable for driveways, pavements and shopping precincts.
Like all manhole covers, the size refers to the clear opening size €“ in this case 600mm x 450mm (24 x 18). The actual overall size of the cover including the frame is 662mm x 512mm x 40mm.
