COVID-19 is affecting all of us and during this difficult time our priority is to safeguard the health of our colleagues, customers and their families.

Like most businesses we are reviewing the situation daily to ensure that all of our staff are fully protected during this period. We will be communicating on all relevant channels should the situation change.

We Are Now Operating A Full Online Ordering and Delivery Service

We are pleased to announce that our websites are accepting orders once more. During the period that we have been closed we have reviewed our warehouse operation and have introduced stringent new measures to ensure that we can process orders within our usual timeframe whilst fully maintaining the safe working practises advised by the Government.

Unfortunately this does mean all orders must be placed online - we are not able to accept telephone orders or enquiries at this time.

Please note that due to the current situation, where we have stock shortages we will be sending the remainder of your order once the items are back in stock, unfortunately currently we cannot offer replacement items instead. Due to high volumes, we are also unable to amend orders at this time so please check your order carefully before submitting.

Our carriers will be observing the safe distancing practices, please can we respectfully ask that you also observe the 2m personal distancing advice when receiving your delivery.

Our customer service team is not operating at this time and our phone lines are not currently manned. Please send any queries you may have by email and we will try to respond as soon as possible but please bear with us on this.

Our Branches Remain Closed

At this time our branches will remain closed and no collection service is currently available.

We apologise for the inconvenience that this may cause but at this time we feel that we cannot guarantee the safety of our staff if the branch is open. We are keeping this situation under constant review and we will of course advise you as soon as we feel we are able to make any changes to this policy.
