Is your PolyDuct Electrical Duct approved by the Utility Suppliers?
Make sure you know if your Electrical Duct is safety approved.
Twinwall Utility Ducting is an incredibly strong product that is used in situations where additional strength and protection is required. Typical uses for this would be when ducting under paths, drives or roadways, or where the duct is buried at a deeper depth than usual. Standard ducting colour codes are used to signify the services within the duct - black for electric, blue for water, yellow for gas, green for cable and CCTV, orange for street lighting and purple for motorway communications.

What Is Twinwall Ducting Made From? - Twinwall Duct is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) which is lighter and stronger than PVC. The corrugations that can be seen on the outer wall of the product add strength which absorbs high levels of pressure from external sources whilst the smooth inner wall enables materials to be laid in the duct with a minimum of fuss.
Joints & Bends - Joints and bends allow for longer runs if required, but the golden rule of ducting should always be observed - where possible keep changes of direction to a minimum and avoid sharp bends where possible.
