FloPlast Drainage Non-Return Valve - 110mm

These 110mm non-return valves are used in a 110mm drainage system to protect the installation against the possibility of back flow from the main drain.

This fitting works with an internal flap that opens to allow waste water to carry on flowing away from the property, but will close automatically if it experiences water trying make its way back up the pipe. Drainage non return valves are commonly installed close to where the properties drainage system joins the main sewer system, usually on the last run of pipe, and the push fit end on the fitting allows for an easy connection.

They are an ideal addition to any drainage system that is installed within a potential flood area, a low-lying property or homes that are near a large body of water. In fact, in these types of properties, local authorities and building regulations will often require that one of these is installed.

110mm drainage non-return valves are also a useful tool for preventing rodent entry into a house drain, as the internal flap will not allow them through.
