Pre-Insulated Pipe

We supply Maincor’s AustroPUR range of pre-insulated pipe systems, developed specifically for heating and hot water distribution in both residential and commercial environments. These systems are ideal for connecting buildings to renewable heat sources like ground source heat pumps and solar thermal panels, all while keeping heat loss to a minimum.

Features of Maincor Pre-Insulated Pipes

Maincor’s pre-insulated pipework is manufactured from premium-grade materials, offering a variety of performance benefits:

Composition of Pre-Insulated Flexible Pipe

At the core of each pre-insulated pipe is a PEX (cross-linked polyethylene) pipe, which includes an oxygen diffusion barrier. This internal pipe is encased in polyurethane foam insulation, with the outermost layer formed from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) corrugated casing.

This multi-layer construction provides excellent resistance to corrosion and enables the system to handle water temperatures up to 95°C.
