Yes, we offer a range of flexible drainage adaptors that can be used to securely connect 110mm PVC pipes to both old clay and cast iron pipes. The connection from these couplings is watertight and they are designed to accommodate potential pipe misalignments and movements.
The minimum fall dictated by UK building regulations is 1 in 80, but for most residential installations, we recommend a fall of 1 in 40. This creates a steeper gradient and ensures reliable flow, reducing the risk of blockages.
The 110mm measurement of our drainage pipes refers to the outer diameter of the pipe, not the inner diameter. It should be noted that the end of a socketed “110mm” pipe has an outer diameter of 128mm.
