HeatPak Dual Overlay represents a rapid, prefabricated subfloor system meticulously crafted for installation over various floor heating types. This cutting-edge floor preparation method delivers a smooth and highly stable surface, ideal for direct gluing of all types of resilient floor coverings. The twin layers of HeatPak panels employ an overlap joint configuration, ensuring a seamless surface that prevents ghosting lines from appearing through glossy floor finishes. HeatPak establishes an optimal subfloor for carpet, lino, vinyl and more.
Constructed from high quality MDF with a low tog rating of 0.7 togs, HeatPak features 3mm baseboards and 4mm topboards coated with a specialized interactive contact adhesive for a robust, permanent full surface bond. Rigorous quality controls during production guarantee excellent results and trouble-free installations every time.
