A shoe is fitted at the end of a run of downpipe and above a drain or gully that is installed into the ground beneath. It transports rainwater from the downpipe into the underground drainage system.
Unlike a traditional downpipe shoe that is angled, Lindab's drain shoe is a straight continuation of the downpipe that takes the downpipe run straight into a drain or gully beneath.
